In the first place - trying to reduce stress or alleviate its effects
Take extra vitamin C in the form of vitamin drinks
The dietary use as much milk products obtained by fermentation (acidophilus milk, yogurt, milk culture ...)
Use of zinc supplements or eat foods rich in zinc (red meat, fish and fish products, shellfish, nuts ...)

Eat foods rich in dietary fiber (fruits, vegetables, cereals ...)
Reduce alcohol intake to a minimum
Simple, yet sophisticated, table sugar, use less
Organize your daily diet so you eat less and more frequent meals throughout the day (5 servings)
Exercise regularly, walk wherever you are given a chance. Time keep your muscles and joints in continuous form
Sleep at least 7 hours a day
