Burnout syndrome

Burnout syndrome or syndrome burnout on work indicates a progressive loss of idealism, energy andmeaningfulness of their work as a result of frustrationand stress in the workplace. Burnout is similar tochronic fatigue syndrome, but without changing the attitude towards work, which is not characteristic offatigue.
Simultaneous presence of multiple stressors at work and long-term exposure, which leads to the syndrome of burnout - burnout syndrome, which can be associated with the appearance of symptoms of anxiety and depression among workers.Not good for employees. Work-related stress is a situation where job factors interact with the employee change his psychological or physiological condition to the extent that it deviates from normal functioning. These factors are a result of inappropriate application environments, which are inconsistent with the capabilities of employees. Stress at work creating the preconditions for stroke and heart attack, destroying mental health and shortens life. Even ten years ago the World Health Organization (WHO) has declared stress in the workplace worldwide epidemic, and since then the stress at work has increased even more due to the global crisis deepened and unemployment.
